"After searching for years for the ideal park model trailer, we had almost given up hope that we would find one that would fit on our current rental lot...then I came across NorthParkHomesAndCabins.com. Steve and the team at NPH&C handled the entire process from the original enquiry to final delivery with great customer service and professionalism. We had a great time designing our own custom floor plan with the guidance of Steve and his Draftsperson which for me was the best part of the whole project. We received construction photos every few days and got to see all phases of the construction progress. The team at NPHC were very detail oriented and would often consult us to suggest ideas to improve the design of our custom model. The day we finally took delivery we realized that all the photos did not do it justice. The quality of materials and workmanship were second to none from the solid wood cabinets and tongue & grove pine to all the fixtures. We are still amazed at how beautiful it is every time we are in it. We now have the perfect park model for our needs! Meeting Steve and his team when they delivered our park model was a pleasure. "In June 2010, my husband Tom and I met with Steve from North Park Homes and Cabins, and toured the plant and Park Model homes built by Steve's business. We had looked at other Park Model Homes and could tell from a glance the far superior home built in Minocqua. On September 7 our custom designed and built Park Model was delivered and set up, including a deck. The entire process was beyond excellent, due to Steve and his employees willingness to listen to our ideas, return calls and e-mails promptly, and welcome Tom and me to view our home while it was being built. Best of all was the attention to detail in building our home.
