We are very excited to offer our Rental Cabins! They are available in two sizes: 12x24 and 14x26. These cabins feature an open concept living area much like you see in hotel suites. They are RPTIA certified as park models so they are property tax free!! The cabins are designed for easy maintenance with vinyl siding and delivery and set up is a snap with minimal disturbance to your park. Inside you will find full 3/4" knotty pine construction with a full bathroom, a dining area, and a sleeping area. Call today to start construction on your Rental Cabin!! 12 x 24 - 288 Square Feet

The Cub in our Rental Cabin Series is a 12 x 24 model with a covered porch. It is available with vinyl or cedar siding. The full bathroom features a shower. The kitchen has hickory cabinets, a sink, a cook top and a small refrigerator. The open concept living/dining area is much like you would find in many hotel suites but this one offers a kitchenette! These very affordable cabins are are an excellent way for parks to get into the rental business. Ask about the new Rent To Own Program we are working on!! The Black Bear is a larger version of the Cub rental cabin. Inside you will find a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The kitchen has beautiful hickory cabinets, a sink, a range/oven and a refrigerator.. The open concept living/dining area is much like you would find in many hotel suites.
