The Madeline Cottage

Our beautiful Madeline Cottage is designed to be an economical entry into the park model world! It is available in 12x20 and 12x24 sizes. It features a full bathroom with a shower, and the kitchen has a stove and cooktop, with a refrigerator and double basin sink. There is a bunkroom for sleeping and with a futon or pull out couch in the living room you could easliy sleep 4-6 people. The interior is end matched knotty pine tongue and groove and on the outside you can get a metal or shingled roof and vinyl or cedar siding. The possibilities are endless!
