We are excited to introduce our two featured lofts, The Grand View and The Aspen. They are both 11' x 36' and feature 400 square feet of living space. Both of these lofts are fully customizable to meet your individual needs. Each loft has a fully appointed kitchen with hickory cabinets and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms have a full size shower and vanity cabinet. The living rooms feature beautiful cathedral knotty pine ceilings. The open concept living rooms, kitchens and dining areas make for a very comfortable home.

The Grand View Loft offers 400 square feet of living space with a large loft that can be used for many different purposes. You can make it a sleeping loft for children or company, a media area, or it can be used for extra storage. With the full size kitchen and bathroom it will feel just like you are at home. There are many options available such as a snack bar in the kitchen, heating and cooling systems like Mr. Slim heating/cooling pump, kitchen appliance upgrades and much more. Our Aspen Double Loft would make the perfect vacation home!! The loft is seperated by the stairway which presents many possibilities for it's use. One side could be a sleeping area while the other side can be used for a media center, storage or even an office. The bedroom can be made with the optional double closet or built-in dresser. In the bathroom you will find a full size shower and vanity cabinet. We also offer many other options such as a snack bar in the kitchen, appliance upgrades, and heating and cooling systems like a Mr. Slim heatig/cooling pump. The options are endless!
