The 16 Wides

These exciting new cabin designs are 16 feet wide by 24 1/2 feet long. They look like a cabin, but will retain the "park model' designation which keeps them property tax free! Any one of these units would make an excellent hunting lodge or rental cottage. Our extra winterization ensures year round use. Add the optional covered porch and you have a perfect place to read a book or enjoy the sunset! Sturdy house-like construction guarantees you will have a cabin that will last for generations to come and also have the potential for great return on your investment. Our cabins are RPTIA certified. 16 x 24.5 - 400 Square Feet
	The King Suite has one bedroom with a closet and a full bath featuring a whirlpool tub. The open concept living, kitchen dining area is very spacious. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and double basin sink. This cabin would make a great rental or Honeymoon suite in your campground or resort! We can customize any of our plans to fit your needs!

.: The Woodland :.

16 x 24.5 - 400 Square Feet

Our Woodland cabin features a full bedroom and a smaller bunkroom that could easily fit twin bunk beds. With a pull out couch in the living room it could easily sleep 6 people. It also has a full bathroom and a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and double basin sink. The kitchen also has a pantry. This cabin would make an excellent rental unit or a great cabin for a bigger family. We can customize any of our plans to fit your needs!

.: The Solitude :.

16 x 24.5 - 400 Square Feet
	The Solitude cabin would make an excellent getaway for a small family or couple. It can sleep up to 4 with a pull out couch. It features a full bath and a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and double basin sink. This unit would also make a great rental for a resort or campground. *We can customize any of our plans to fit your needs!*
