Welcome to our home, which we hope becomes your home as well. We have recently completed construction on our new 12,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, located in Minocqua, WI. Our increased efficiency will reduce our turnaround time and costs, while still maintaining our high level of quality. We have highly skilled craftsman building every home one at a time so you can rest assured there is nothing "cookie cutter" about our products. Although the increase in production will be exciting, our focus on quality will never come second. One look at our craftsmanship and you will notice the quality and appreciate the value of a North Park home!

Our park homes feature true, home style construction, with full 2x4 walls, Jeld-Wen insulated windows and doors, and 30 year shingles over an engineered roof truss system. The roof is a fully vented system utilizing insulation standards found in most stick built homes. Our standard insulation package allows four season usage. Upgrade just a little bit and you won't even know it's winter outside! Our park models are manufactured here in northern Wisconsin, where six months of inclimate weather provides a constant reminder of the standards we strive for. Our roof systems are designed for snow loads equal to the area's surrounding homes. That is great piece of mind when you're miles and elements away from your park home or cabin.

North Park homes feature true, 3/4" knotty pine tongue and groove interiors, available in white pine with end matching and or red pine from the local forests. Sorry, you won't find any paper lined wallboard so if you bump your elbow on one of our walls it's gonna hurt! Our plumbing and lighting fixtures bear the same names you would find in your own home. Should you need a replacement part or extra fixtures in the future, they would be available at your local building supply store.

Get what you want! As a true custom builder of park models, we can offer you many choices for options and products for your home. Realizing that costs are always a concern, but knowing you are still looking for value and quality in your home purchases, we won't cheapen our products for the short term gain. Our willingness to operate with minimal markups allows us to provide you a higher end product with little increase in cost. Moving up to a North Park home built just for you may indeed be your best investment.

What you don't find in construction, is often as important as what you do find. What you won't find at North Park are boxcar loads of formaldehyde breathing, pre-pasted paneling, old fashioned heating systems that breed mold and mildew or dust, or a dozen assembly lines frantically creating a cookie cutter product with a quick sale as the paramount goal. What you will find at North Park is a small, family owned business utilizing, as best as possible, the renewable forest products surrounding us. You will find new and improved heating and cooling systems, which actually filter and clean the air. Remember allergy season? We have one assembly line and you're important in keeping it operating. Our focus is on your individual satisfaction and investment. Not some distant shareholder, as we have none.
